At Lumaniq, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to request a return or refund, please review the policy below.
Our 90-Day Results Guarantee
We stand behind our devices. If you use your Lumaniq RF Skin Tightening Wand and/or Microdermabrasion kit consistently for 90 days as directed and don't see any improvement to your skin, we will refund your purchase in full, minus shipping costs.
To qualify, you must meet all of the following conditions:
· Use the RF Skin Tightening Wand and/or Microdermabrasion kit consistently for the full 90 days according to the official usage instructions
· Provide photo documentation taken at Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 of the same treated area
· Submit your claim within 30 days of completing the 90-day period
· The guarantee applies to the device only — it does not extend to serums, replacement heads, or any accessories
· Purchases made with a promotional discount exceeding 49% off full retail price are not eligible
To submit a claim, email info@lumaniqshop.com with your order number, all four photos, and a brief description of your usage routine. We will respond within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, a full refund of the device purchase price will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Change of Mind:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
· be unopened
· be unused
· be in its original packaging
· include all original contents, accessories, and inserts
· be in the same condition in which it was received
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Opened or used items are not eligible for a change of mind return. If your item has been opened, you may instead qualify for the 90-Day Results Guarantee above, provided all conditions are met.
Order Cancellation:
If you contact us promptly, we will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, once order processing has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Opened or Used Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used items.
If a product has been opened, unsealed, used, tested, or is no longer in its original resalable condition, it is not eligible for return unless it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged in Transit:
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumaniqshop.com so we can assess the issue promptly.
Please include:

· clear photos or video of the item
· clear photos or video of the packaging
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
· a replacement
· a refund
If the item is confirmed to have been damaged in transit, return shipping will be covered.
Faulty Item:
If your item is defective on arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lumaniqshop.com so we can assess the issue promptly. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have if a product is faulty or not as described.

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, return shipping will be covered.
Incorrect Item:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumaniqshop.com so we can assess the issue promptly.
Please include:

· clear photos or video of the item received
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
· a replacement
· a refund
If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, return shipping will be covered.
Missing or Lost Packages:
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@lumaniqshop.com and include your order number. We may need to complete a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund for a package reported as lost.
Once the courier confirms a package as lost, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
3. Return Shipping
Unopened and unused items returned within 30 days are treated as change of mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For approved change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping on the original order does not include free return shipping for change of mind returns.
For approved returns involving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@lumaniqshop.com with:
· your order number
· the item name
· the reason for the return
· photos or video if applicable
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items returned without contacting us first may delay processing or may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Incorrect Address and Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or being unclaimed, we may issue a refund minus any shipping and return costs incurred, where permitted by law. If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
