Warranty Information

The Lumaniq RF Skin Tightening Wand and Diamond Microdermabrasion Device have a 2 Year limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
 
Warranty Coverage
 
This warranty applies to the Lumaniq RF Skin Tightening Wand and Microdermabrasion Devices and covers:
 
* Manufacturing defects
* Functional malfunctions not caused by user error or misuse
 
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
 
Exclusions
 
This warranty does not cover:
 
* Accidental damage, including drops or impacts
* Water or liquid exposure
* Cosmetic wear or normal aging of the product
* Damage from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications or repairs
* Battery faults due to failure to follow our charging guidelines or use of improper power outlet voltage
 
Fractional Head Attachments
 
The exchangeable fractional RF heads are not covered under this warranty. These are consumable components designed to be replaced every three months. Replacement heads are available for purchase on our website.
 
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

* A description of the issue
* Photo or video evidence of the defect
 
We reserve the right to assess the device before confirming coverage under the warranty.
